AS A SPEAKER...
My message is one of empowerment through research based information. I teach from the "Psychology of Excellence," which is a course I developed after teaching and developing leadership curriculum for the military. The more one learns on how to manage oneself psychologically, the more one is able to live one's true potential.
I present workshops and lectures in order to propel individuals and organizations to reach their peak performance. I'll be honest, I have been to many workshops and I am often bored. I made it my mission to present with excellence in order to create an experience that is interactive, challenging, insightful and fun. If we are going to spend time together, I want us to enjoy it.
EXPERIENCE
I am a trained licensed psychologist. After getting my PhD, I went on to teach and counsel at a university overseeing the Sport Psychology portion of internship for doctoral candidates. I was then recruited to do leadership and resiliency training for the military. During that time, I became specialized in how to train leaders in team management, motivation, and psychological stability in high stress environments. I have given professional development workshops all over the nation and overseas.

Self-Management: If humans were plants, we would be Orchids. In order to have a healthy human operating optimally, you need to understand how to perfectly manage the mind. Taking research from Counseling Psychology and Sport Psychology I teach how to manage self to get people to reach their goals and see what their really capable of accomplishing.
Excellence in Thought: You can get away from everyone, except you. Let's make your mind work for you using research proven methods to make your mind more effective. This training teaches you the science of how to feel healthier.
Stress Management: This is not the stress management workshop you've been to. I teach you the science of how to manage stress so it does NOT have the negative effects old research told us it has. I show you how to hone your mind so you can use anxiety to fuel your performance.
Goal-Setting: I present the tricks, supported by research, that increase our ability for goal attainment. Let’s get you to living at your best!
